  • Include water-rich fruits and vegetables in your diet, such as watermelon, cucumber, strawberries, and celery. These foods not only provide hydration but also essential vitamins and minerals.

Stay Indoors During Peak Heat:

  • Minimize outdoor activities during the hottest parts of the day, typically from late morning to mid-afternoon. If you need to be outside, take breaks in the shade and rest to avoid excessive sweating.
